book review: The Organic God

The Organic God
Margaret Feinberg
Zondervan, 2009

This is not a deeply theological book. It doesn't get into controversial issues. It simply describes the joy of loving God.

Margaret Feinberg, doesn't dig into issues that divide Christians today. Instead, she challenges us to strip away our pre-conceived notions of who God is and what the world tells us about God, and ask: "Who does God say He is?" The answer is in the scriptures - over and over again. Unpolluted. Untarnished. Organic.

The book is more about simplicity, rather than a how to simplify your life. It reminds us that we are called to walk with Jesus.
